ECM has a long-term need for one dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Lead. This job posting will remain open until we find the right person to join our team.

As a Business Development lead, you will join with our President and Project Coordinators working with our existing clients to identify new ways we can help meet their needs.
Your primary responsibility however will be reaching out to new clients and identifying ways our company can help meet their goals and solve their challenges.

As this will be a new position, you will have quite a bit of flexibility in deciding how to accomplish your goals along with a budget to match.

Significant experience in Business Development is desired as you will quickly become a critical member of our team. Experience in the areas of technology we operate in, or an aptitude and appetite to learn our business is also a requirement.

The remuneration of this position will be set commensurate with the experience and certifications of the successful candidate. Medical, dental, and RRSP benefits are also available for you and your family.
